  3. Warm milk and add butter to it. Remove from heat till butter melts. Whisk egg whites to stiff peaks.
  4. Add pepper powder and salt to taste to the mashed potato mixture. Add cooled milk mixture and mix gently.
  5. Fold whipped egg whites to the potato mixture.
  6. Grease ramekins (silicon cups) with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs inside.
  7. Fill potato mixture into the cups and sprinkle chilli powder on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Hot cheesy Potato Souffle is ready to serve. Garnish with a pinch of chilli powder and coriander leaves and serve as it is or can have with Tomato sauce.
