Method For the tuna, place the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey into a non-reactive bowl and add the tuna. Coat the tuna steaks in the marinade, cover and transfer to the fridge to marinate for. Add tuna, peas, noodles, and cheddar cheese and fold into the sauce. Pour mixture into the prepared dish.

- Add spices to noodles and mix
- Add carrot, onion, cilantro, peas and cheese mix well

- For added flavor you can top with siracha or ranch
Combine Panko, Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika parsley and melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top. When the pasta is close to being ready, add the oil to a small pan over medium heat. Stir in the tuna, lemon juice, and parsley.
