  1. In a thick heavy bottomed pan add 1 litre milk. furthermore, stir occasionally and get to a boil.additionally, add lemon juice and stir well.
  2. Pour a cup of water and clean the paneer as it has lemon juice in it.furthermore, bring it together and squeeze off excess water.Immediately drain the curdled milk into the hand kerchief
  3. Hang for 30 -35 minutes or till all the water drains off completely
  4. After 35 minutes start to knead the paneer.knead paneer till it turns out smooth without any grain
  5. Make small balls of paneer and keep aside.
  6. For sugar syrup recipe: *In a deep vessel take 1½ cup of sugar nd add 2 1/4 cup of water and stir well.
  7. Add the sugar nd water to a wild pan nd bring in to boil.. drop the prepared paneer balls into boiling sugar syrup.cover and boil for 15 minutes. the paneer balls will have doubled in size.
  8. After the gas off, add the Khush syrup to the Rasgulla and keep it aside for one hour so that the Khush flavours come in. Put it in a fridge
  9. Serve rasgulla chilled or at roomtemperature garnished with Silver Varakh
