Instructions to make Veggie Wrap:
  1. In a bowl take maida, salt and oil.
  2. Add some water and knead a soft dough.
  3. For filling heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
  4. Put chopped onion and sauté.
  5. When onions turns pink, add chopped veggies.
  6. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  7. Mix well and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  8. Add some water, cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
  9. Open the lid and add pasta sauce.
  10. Mix well and cook again for 2 minutes.
  11. Let it cool.
  12. For tortilla make 2 big size balls from kneaded dough.
  13. Roll the balls with rolling pin in a thin chapati.
  14. Cook chapati/tortilla on tava from both side.
  15. Place tortilla in plate and keep veggie filling in side of tortilla.
  16. Spread mayonnaise on it.
  17. Roll tightly the tortillas and cut from middle.
  18. Enjoy yummy veggie wraps.
