Pour in eggs; cook and stir until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. In same skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. For this wrap, I am making whole wheat roti. But you can use any store-bought vegan tortillas or wraps.

- First kneading maida with little oil & salt. Dough would be medium soft. Before keeping aside apply little oil.
- Heat oil in a pan put onion, tomato & garlic paste fry oil, now add chopped mushroom mix well with the masala add salt, turmeric & chilli powder. Mushroom will leave little moisture. Fry well add sliced capsicum,garam masala, stir well.Beautiful aroma will come before turn off flame add little slice onion with lemon juice. Mix well. Now turn off gas.
- Make normal round shape paratha from kneading maida. Fry both the sides with little oil. Now take one by one paratha first apply green chutney, in the center keep mushroom stuffing, sprinkle chaat masala, little raw lemon juice mixed onion as per photo, sprinkle tomato sauce as per taste.
