This mouth watering dhouwan kabab can be served with evening tea or family dinner. I used light smoked sausage to make it a little healthier and it was really good. I like the suggestion to serve over hot sauerkraut! The sweetness of the peppers/onions/apples totally balance out the smokiness of the sausage and the sauerkraut..

Instructions to make Smoke kabab:
  1. First bken chicken chillies or onion chop very well
  2. Add in bowl or add all spice or bread
  3. Mix very well and with the help of pencil make a shape like kabab
  4. Fry it in hot oil when fry very well take a big pan and kabab put in pan and smoogh with burn koil or 2 drops oil on it.
  5. Then cover it. Now enjoy smoke kabab.

The good of smoke plus that marinade makes this recipe a home run! The thing that stands out is the tang from the tequila and balsamic vinegar..
