- Repeat layers of dipped boudoir and caramel mix.
- Cover with cling wrap and allow to set in fridge overnight or for at least 5hrs.
- Once set, turn loaf tin upside down to release dessert.
- Melt chocolate and mix with dessert cream to form a smooth ganache.
- Pour chocolate sauce over dessert and decorate with nuts/ fruit/ chocolate.
Done correctly, a classic tiramisù can be transcendent. A creamy dessert of espresso-soaked ladyfingers surrounded by lightly sweetened whipped cream and a rich mascarpone, tiramisù relies heavily on the quality of its ingredients.
