- Make ready 1 kg soft flour

Instructions to make Lasagna Burek:
- Make the dough by combining salt, flour and oil, then slowly add lukewarm water and work it into soft, compact dough which doesnt stick. Divide it into 6 balls, oil them and cover with a plastic bag. Leve it for 1 hour to rest then flatten the balls into discs of about 20cm in diameter and leve them to rest for half an hour.
- Filling: in the meantime heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the minced meat and fry it until the water reduces, add the spices, tomato juice and sugar and cook for 15 minutes until it reduces a bit. if not thick enough add a dash of flour. Leave the sauce to cool down as it must not be warm at all. Also prepare the chopped mushrooms and the grated cheese.
- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 420°F
- Take a large tablecloth and sprinkle flour on it. Take the first dough disc and put it on the tablecloth and start pulling gently on the ends to stretch it paper thin ( the dough should be extremely stretchy ). if it starts to tear wait a minute and continue, it should spread into a circle of 1,5m in diametar. Take the melted margarine and oil and with a brush apply gently all over the dough. Tear away any thick edge of the dough and fold it like a envelope into a rectangular shape, oiling every fold, so that the folded edges intertwine. put it aside.
- Strech another dough disc and oil it and put the former rectangle in the centre. On the rectangle apply 1/4 of the sauce, mushrooms and cheese and fold the thin dough arround it also like an envelope, oiling every folded side. Put the whole thing aside and repeat this step one more time and you have your first burek. Do the same with the remainder of ingeedients, put on baking paper and into preheated oven, bake until golden brown and crunchy. Bonapetit! Prijatno!
