  3. दूसरे पैन गरम करें, उसमें चिया सीड का मिक्सर को डाले 3 मिनट तक पकाये, मिल्क पाउडर, चीनी 1 टेबल स्पून गाढ़ा होने तक भुने। फिर उसे ठंड़ करें।
  4. दूसरे कड़ाई में घी गरम करें, अवोकेडो का पल्प डाल कर भूने, चीनी, दूध, मिल्क पाउडर, छोटी इलाइची पाउडर डालकर 3 मिनट तक भूने, अगर अगर का मिक्सर मिलाले, उसे मुँहफली मौल्ड के ऊपर डालकर 2 घंटे लिए रेफ्रिजरेटर मैं रखें।
  5. कड़ाई गरम के घीसा हुआ चुकन्दर को 1 छोटे चम्मच घी, 1 बडा चम्मच चीनी 2 मिनट तक भूनें, गनिस के लिए तैयार करें।
  6. अवोकेडो हलवा 2 घंटे के बाद खाने के लिए तैयार, हलवा को अपने हिसाब से काटे, उसके ऊपर चिया का हलवा थोड़ा मुँहफली, चुकन्दर का हलवा,सजाकर परोसे।
