- (Meat Sauce) Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic. Add ground meat and cook until the color changes.
- Remove the meat from the pan. Add minced onion and salt to the pan from Step 1 and saute until tender.
- Return the meat to the pan in Step 2 and sauté the onion. When cooked through, add the ingredients marked with ★ and simmer for 15 minutes on medium low heat. Lastly, mix in grated cheese.

- I tried this with a lot of different types of lasagna but "De Cecco No. 1 Lasagna" was the least sticky and most manageable.
