- Take fresh strawberries and grind into puree
- Take the cream and whip it till creamy
- Fold the cream with the cream cheese mixture.The custard is ready
- Set:
- Dip the lady finger biscuit in the strawberry juice and arrange in a spring pan in the bottom
- Add the cheese custard layer
- Add strawberry juice
- Repeat the steps 9 to 11 one more time
- Decorate with lady finger and fresh strawberry
