- Take 1 pack Spaghetti
- Prepare 50 ml vegetable oil

- Boil Spaghetti till almost done
- In your blender or processor cup, add in the Avocado, basil leaves garlic and ginger powder, 3 peppers, half the onion and blend to a smooth paste the set aside
- Chop up the remaining, Pepper, onion and then the tomato
- Heat up the vegetable oil and stir-fry the chopped ingredients for a few minutes, drain the Spaghetti and add in, add in the seasoning cube and sauté for 2 minutes
- Now pour in the blended Avocado mix and totally incorporate. Taste for salt then adjust as needed
- Allow simmer for about 2 minutes and it's done
- Serve warm
