Instructions to make Mango Avocado Toasts:
  1. To make Avocado Toasts in 10 minutes, first heat a small pan and add olive oil to it.
  2. When it heats up add the sliced yellow bell pepper and the green bell pepper and saute on high flame for about a minute.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and saute on high for about half a minute and add the sugar.
  4. Saute and add salt to taste and the smoked paprika, mix well and switch off the flame.
  5. At the same time, start heating a griddle for the toasts and grease it with homemade ghee or butter.
  6. Whislt it heats up, transfer all the ingredients mentioned for the guacamole to a mixing bowl and give it a good mix.
  7. Place slices of bread on the hot greased griddle and apply some ghee on the top part too.
