Instructions to make Churros:
  1. Start off by boiling Water, Butter Sugar.

  7. Now place mixture into a piping bag with a star shaped nozzle
  8. Squeeze mixture into oil and cut off with scissors and take out when golden (forgot to take a picture!)
  9. Lastly I took some sugar and cinnamon and mixed them together with the ratio 2:1 -2 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp Cinnamon-
  10. Sprinkle it over churros and voila!

The original Spanish churros were made with just flour and water (maybe some oil) dough. Make churros: In a large saucepan over medium heat, add water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil Remove churros with a slotted spoon or tongs and immediately roll churros in cinnamon sugar, then. Meanwhile, spoon the churro dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large tip. Fry the churros, turning them once, until golden brown.
